• Parties involved in the ownership and control of businesses, collection of unpaid debt, liquidation of businesses, derivative shareholder claims, unethical treatment of minority owners, and breaches of fiduciary duties.

• Developers, home builders, engineers, subcontractors, and home owners of commercial and residential properties involved in construction defect cases.

• A commercial retail shopping center owner in connection with a dispute over an easement with the adjoining property. The resulting jury trial ended in a verdict of over one million dollars for our client.

• A home builder involved in a dispute with the homeowner, where the homeowner disputed an interpretation of the contract and asserted that work was not performed in a good and workmanlike manner. The resulting jury trial ended in a verdict for our client.

• A dispute involving the beneficiary of a four million dollar trust, specifically involving the use and ownership of the trust funds. Claims were made for breach of fiduciary duty and fraud. We helped our client receive a distribution of funds and reimbursement of attorneys' fees.

• The executor of a probate estate, who was the sole beneficiary of a will. The will and trust instruments were challenged on the grounds of undue influence. A jury trial resulted in a verdict for our client.
